The anti-slip treatment is applied in a single visit. Two to three hours for a standard bathroom. The surface looks identical. The grip changes.

Before-and-after photographs of every treated surface. Emailed to you the same day — for your records, for your insurer if relevant, or for peace of mind.

Maison Sera is a one-person service for now. The person who reads your booking is the person who shows up at your door, prepares your bathroom, applies the treatment, photographs the result, and walks you through the room before leaving. No subcontractors, no commission-paid technicians, no upsell.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Four inclusions, all in the price.
1. The treatment. Anti-slip applied to every tile surface in the room. Single visit. Same-day use.
2. Before-and-after photographs. Of every treated surface. For your records, your insurer if relevant, or peace of mind.
3. The bathroom safety review. A twenty-minute walkthrough at the end of the visit. We note what we'd think about next — grab rails, lighting, slip hazards beyond the floor — and email you a written summary. We don't sell those products. We don't take referrals for them. No upsell.
4. The annual check-in. One email, twelve months later. If you'd like us back to look at the surface, we'll come and look — no charge.
THE PROMISE
Two guarantees, written in plain language.
The treatment doesn't damage your tile. No discoloration. No etching. No surface change. If your tile is visibly altered after treatment, we restore it or replace it at our cost.
We don't upsell. Ever. Not on the day, not on the phone, not in the safety review. We do one thing. If you want grab rails or lighting changes after, we'll point you at someone who does that — we don't take referral fees.

Will the treatment damage my tile?
No. The treatment binds to the tile surface — it doesn't etch, stain, or discolor. Our no-damage promise is in writing. If you ever see surface change, we restore or replace at our cost.
How long does it take?
Forty-five minutes for a single shower, two to three hours for a standard bathroom. You can use the bathroom the same day. No overnight closure.
What if my bathroom is bigger than expected?
We treat every tile surface in one bathroom, regardless of square meters, for the same price. We absorb size variance — you don't pay more.
Where do you operate?
Auckland-wide. If you're outside Auckland, we'll let you know during booking — there may be a travel surcharge or we may not yet be available in your area.
What's the booking process?
Pick a slot online. Pay at booking. We confirm by email. Three-day minimum lead time. Monday to Sunday, 9am to 3pm.
What if I want to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
Why "no upsell"?
Because the trust we build inside someone's home is worth more than a one-off grab-rail commission. We do one thing well. If you need other safety modifications after the treatment, we'll happily point you at people who do that work — but we don't take a cut.
