Who'll be doing the work?
Maison Sera is a one person service for now. I'm Max, the founder, and the person who completes the anti slip treatment that you book.
Will the treatment damage my tile?
No. The treatment binds to the tile surface. It doesn't etch, stain, or discolor. Our no damage promise is in writing. If you ever see surface change, we restore or replace at our cost.
How long does it take?
About an hour for a shower stall floor. Two hours per bathroom.
What's the booking process?
Pick a slot online. Pay at booking. We confirm by email. Monday to Sunday, 9am to 3pm. If a slot is available, you can book it.
What if I want to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
Why "no upsell"?
Many of our clients are elderly. We want you to rest assured that we aren't trying to sell them anything when we enter their home to apply the treatment. We do one job, the one you booked.
Where do you operate?
Auckland wide. If you're outside Auckland, we'll let you know during booking. There may be a travel surcharge, or we may not yet be available in your area.
